Just had a great weekend filming the fabulous Simon Smith at the equally fabulous Tippers Builders Merchants in Lichfield.

Tippers staged a Christmas market, with Simon demonstrating his amazing skills using the Rangemaster Induction cookers.
The audience got to see in fantastic detail everything Simon did, picking up tips and tricks from one of the top chefs in the UK today. We were also very lucky to get to eat everything he cooked, including the very tasty Packington Moor Farm sausages, so left the shoot several kilo’s heavier than when we started.

We were filming the close detail on our AF101, and had the NXCAM on a small crane to allow overhead shots of the cooking. This also had an HDMI cable connecting to a large plasma so people could see in amazing detail everything that was being cooked.
A great day with wonderful people AND food. Can’t beat it!
